Shipping
Since ADIN & ROYALE pieces are individually crafted in our studio and are often made-to-order, shipping timetables cannot always be ensured. However, we strive to have your piece ready for shipment within one week or less of order processing.

Standard international shipping: $5 / Delivery time 2-3 weeks

EcoPost International: $10 / Delivery time 5-7 business days

International Express Mail Service (EMS): $20 / Delivery time 2-3 business days (Delivery to Australia and Hong Kong may take up to 5 business days)

 

Your order may be subject to additional sales taxes, duty and Customs charges that are set by your local government upon delivery. Adin & Royale is not associated with these charges, which must be paid by the customer.

Jewelry Care

To reduce the effect of wear, please store jewelry in a safe place and gently wipe with a soft polishing cloth. Always avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

Credit Card Payment
Adin & Royale currently accepts payments via PayPal, a secure and trusted payment processing service which allows you to shop online.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay securely by Credit Card at adinroyale.com. When you checkout, simply click “Don't have a PayPal account” to pay directly by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Or, select “Have a PayPal account” to login and pay through your account.

Returns
ADIN & ROYALE will accept returns on items in their original condition, with packaging and invoice, within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges and Returns will be subject to shipping charges, and we can not refund shipping charges on returned items. To submit a request please email studio@adinroyale.com with your name, order number, and date of purchase.​
